Google API Disclosure

Dema's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google data do we access?

Through our integration with Google APIs (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), Dema may access data on behalf of our customers such as campaign performance metrics, ad spend, clicks, impressions, and conversion values.

How do we use the data?

We use this data solely to provide, improve, and optimize our services, for example to generate ad-attribution analytics, profitability reports, and actionable insights for our customers within the Dema platform.

Data storage and security

All Google user data retrieved via Google APIs is stored securely in our databases with encryption at rest and in transit, and strict access controls. Only authorized team members with a legitimate business need may access this data.

No unauthorized sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with trusted sub-processors who support our platform's functionality, under confidentiality obligations and only as necessary to deliver our services.

Deletion requests

Customers may request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting us at info@dema.ai.
